Hello all - have a 2001 wxb that used to be a waste management truck. I am in need of any wiring diagrams, especially for the injection pump wiring. Ive been unsuccessful thus far on the internet at finding one (except for the expensive ones of course). Have to move it from our yard but cant seem to get fuel coming out of injection pump, like its not being energized. It sat for about 2 years and we drained all old fuel and put new stuff in, bled the system and nothing. 'It ran when they parked it', but you know how that goes. Hand primer pump was leaking air so replaced that as well. Thinking maybe there is some safety that is keeping from turning on. Not really sure as its a waste management truck with lots of stuff still hooked up in regards to garbage truck setup. If someone could point me in a direction, i would so greatly appreciate it.

More than likely you will have to buy a wiring diagram from Velveta. For our shop and the brands we run, I can just have a service department fax what I want.
But that's for Pete, KW, and Freightliner. Never had to deal with Volvo. And most service departments don't want to give out info. What type of injector pump
does it have? When it comes to electrical and a vehicle that has sat for a time-check all of the grounds. Maybe bad connections to ECM.

Thanks for the reply. Turned out to be not so bad...fuel was "verathaned" as some call it, in lines and pump as well. Got it cleaned out, bled and fired right up. The fuel is something else when it sits for some time... Anyone recommend any certain brand stabilizers? Thanks.

Power serve.
Get the engine started and warm.
Shut it down.
Pull fuel line from tank and stick right in the jug
Run the engine until most is gone, watch for air, tie a weight to the hose.
Reconnect the fuel line and dump the rest in the tank.
