MoSHP Trooper showed up today, got the VIN Verfied but the Public VIN(17 digit) will have to be replaced. Agreed all the last six OE and Police VIN match so OK with that, there used to be a Tape Tag on the driver door with VIN and GVW numbers but is all washed out. So for $13.50 MO makes a Aluminum VIN Replacement and comes HERE installs it. $330. for the fees and title transfer then will all be complete until license.

Fedex called today, about someone shipping me a 500Lb Cat and she was confused, will be arriving at Fedex Frt terminal in St Clair MO, I explained was a Cat Replacement Cylinder Head, she laughed. I will drive down and receive there as no place to turn delivery semi around here either Friday or Monday.

Had some med tests run today, drank enough barium to have exceeded my old Nuke Plant annual exposure levels. Swung by CAT in Fenton, had made a order last week, WAS NOT IN THEIR RECORDS, had to Start Over, also had NOT sent my paperwork into Office for a Standing Account number, I had a small Shyt Fit, the parts Manager came listened, apologized but offered NOTHING for the BS, may opt to another dealer and have shipped in AROUND them.
Ended up had what I thought had ordered, may be more but NO List, turd failed to send a Bid too on email, yet THAT ADDRESS WAS on file there.

Anyway, bought the parts I could remember, $2481 in these Two boxes

A few odd KW parts in there too, $190 then stopped by steel supplier and picked up these, $120

Rear box mounts Trimmed and installed, will need to use last of KW Spacers on them from frame, brackets need to come back off anyway as was a Little Off 🤪that and measurements too so will slot Upper three box mount holes.

Air System is essentially Tight, some minor leaks that will need to chase down, Cab air ride unresponsive, rear suspension also even with blown bags
no air supplied.

Weather has me cooled off too far now. Work essentially on hold until get some outdoors heat back up, hands do not work well cold anymore. Pieces coming from KW will all be in(Tentatively) by Tuesday next week so IF warms some can get back into it. Fluorescent lighting dimmed by half on unheated side, the temp at three feet above floor was 38F yesterday may get close to freezing by Saturday. Heated side does keep a little heat on unheated side. May have to correct that as I get older!!!

Been COLDER than a well digger's bum here for nearly two weeks, managed to get out in shop a bit yesterday but floor is beyond too cold to lay under ended up piddling in cab. Managed to get Right door nearly assembled, Huck Bolts replaced as found broken and reinstalled glass/armrest retainer panel, lack manual button lock rod to close it up. Set Seat Belt 'Tether' anchors with new bolts and shift boots with new air control sift knob in place. need to measure out and cut shifter hole and seats bolting points in floor mat then clean off cab floor install mat and under dash structures. After that in place will replace Sleeper Boot.

This has turned into quite a project!! I've been experiencing problems obtaining materials at work, they're all blaming the Covid issue. I'll be glad when it's over!

Am trying to get subsystems solid to support Cooling system and electrical system as well be able to test drive the engine once that work is completed. As was pulling heater hoses to the bunk found the added issues and need the cab functional to start the engine.
