Buy another or rebuild what I got?

I would say rebuild it. Every truck or piece of equipment I ever bought always had some issues existing and some that came along later either minor or major. After a while and possibly a lot of work and hopefully not too much money, you sort of reach a point where most of the parts are either in good condition or have been recently repaired/replaced. At this point you know what you have and what you are likely to need in the future. Buying another truck just starts this cycle over again. Your truck sounds like the mileage is relatively low so the rest of the truck should be in good shape. The high hours mostly affects the engine more than anything else so rebuilding it would be my choice here.

I am a bit late in joining this conversation and I assume you have made your decision, but for what its worth here are my thoughts.

It sounds like with that many hours the wet kit must have been used alot in order to have only 370000 some miles on it, assuming that the hour meter and odometer are both correct.

I am with the majority here and say overhaul the C15. I wasn't sure you could still get a cat in a Western Star in 05, but like Mike said, a truck that is speced that way with double frame, 46000 rears, wet kit, 14000 steer, etc. is not easy to come by and Western Star has always made a solid cab.
