I remember when the Titan 90 first came out, Chevrolet had a big tent display at our County Fair and featured a couple of them. They were quite a truck in their day!

They had what they called the "Chevy Show", inside a round tent they projected a panoramic view of a car ride on the tent walls and ceiling. It was so realistic I had to catch myself from falling a few times when they'd go around banked turns fast!

Tiny sure done a nice job finding those old Chevy ads . That's pretty cool !

And that reminds me the Old Man wants the 1962 GMC tandem truck with V - 6 401 engine overhauled yet this year ? Truck starts & runs fine but has some blow by & uses oil .

Good lord the fun never ends .:D

That pic of the Chevy gasser pulling the reefer reminds me of the time my 9500 went down for 3 days for the rear section of the 13 spd. I borrowed a C70 from a friend to pull my grain trailer... 427, 5x2 and a rubber band tag. Got it done, but burned twice the fuel of the 8V71.

Those rubber band buggers were something else, Hall Chevrolet made a fortune selling those with a Harsh Hoist and Omaha bed. You could have any color
as long as it was white:).

And they could not back up on a slope if it took the weight off the drive axle, and smelled really bad if you kept trying.:D Didn't take long to learn to get a run at things in reverse. The 427 could outrun a 220 Cummins once in a while though. Proved that to a guy from Connell.
