Could be a a little newer, I had a '68 (in '92). I think they used that body style till '73, and started it about '65.

Mitch504 : I was only thinking that if you Look closely at JUST the cab portion it's the same cab (body style) in the era of the '63-'66 Chevy P/U's …. Ford and Dodge were doing the same thing ……… that's why I want to see one of those Bighorns up close, like the ones Steve shows in the other thread ...

Yep, it is, but they used it into the early '70s for heavy trucks. I also still have a 1971 C90 w/ a 6-71 and a 13 spd that uses the same cab.

Ford used the early '80s pickup cab into the mid to late '90s on some of their mediums.

I have to agree with C R A F T here, GM updated the cab of the pickup in '66 and that version was used through '72. It was used on the heavier trucks at the same time as you can see here.

Ford did a cab change in 1980 which ran through 1997 and the larger F-Series trucks used that cab during the same period. The Dodge Bighorn used a Dodge pickup cab with a different hood, and that cab was used on FWD trucks as well during the 60s

Uhh, I have to say after looking at that truck on a friends big monitor, I agree with C R A F T too, on my little screen it looked like the later cab. ( nothing to do with the age of MY eyes)
