I recently Purchased a 1991 International 2554. It has a dt466. I am having some trouble getting information on what power steering pump is correct for that motor. I know the motor that is in that truck is not the original. From what i see on the tag its a 1984. Right now the tuck has a failing external pump that is leaking and belts you can't tighten. It looks like they have removed the ac pump and moved the alt to the top of the motor. I have contacted the local international dealership and gave them the motor serial number but the system they use to look it up is messed up. The parts guy said he believes the pump is gear driven. Can anyone give me some help with whats correct power steering pump for that motor? Thanks!
