Mack trash truck converted to dump...thoughts?

I've been looking for a 10-wheeler and have been having little luck finding something clean in my price range ($50k & under)...

I'm going to go check out a 2000 Mack RD688s that was a trash truck and had the trash body removed and replaced with a dump body. The truck has 170k miles, 350 E7 motor, 8LL trans, the frame looks much cleaner than most I have seen, and the price is reasonable at $45K. It also has 20k fronts and 50K rears which I think would be ideal(not to light, but not to heavy).

My concern is the abuse that trash trucks take...the truck has low miles, but I imagine they were pretty rough miles.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Thats a good point... I imagine its because trash truck to such short distance stop and go driving. This is what I'm concerned about.

I'm also looking at a clean 2000 CL700 with 177k that is going for $46k, but it has 44k rears and I'm concerned that they are a little light for site work applictions. In Mass you can get up to 70k plus on a ten wheeler if you have a heavy spec truck, so its worth looking for a truck with heavy rears.

My thought is over kill on suspension never hurts, especially a dump truck. Keep looking something will pop up when you least expect it. Most of the time
when a person is in the market for equipment taking extra time pays off. You decided against the Autocar?
