N14 Celect Number 4 Piston Bursting Issues

HI guys, We have been hearing of issues where a few N14 Celect Number 4 Piston keeps bursting..
I would like to know if anyone else have been having that issue? We have about 5 different reports so far.
We have been asked about it more than once by our customers and would love to have some answers if anyone else know of it..

We have not supplied them so we are not sure of the brand pistons they have in.

What do you mean bursting the piston? Is it cracking the piston resulting in excessive blowby? Is it a lack of oil spun wrist pin? Or a plugged/ misaligned oil cooling jet?
