I built this pull trailer 17 years ago just for this fifteen ton dry box. Mainly to keep the center of gravity low. I used the axles and suspension
plus the german ring from a twenty ft flat trailer. But I'm not really a welder.

The company I was working for at the time bought what was left of a Ag harvester manufacture/machine shop. There were only 5 employees left. They had a custom
made 4ft radial band saw. I used that to cut the main frame parts-it cut the fit-up time by 3/4. You can see in the one pic on the left front near the registration box
a manufacturing tag it says Pic Ryte. They had a box full of left over tags so I stamped one 0001. The vin inspector used it and wrote FB behind it for factory built.
I laughed my ass off heading back to the shop. All he asked for were receipts for materials and to see the old title to the trailer the axles came from. Which the
company owned already.

Nice work on the conversion Truck Shop .

It was a good move as those hopper beds are pretty top heavy when loaded .

Thanks! The two ten wheeler's that pull it have beam biscuit/walking beam that I installed for stability. And the hoppers are frame mounted.
