On my way up to Boeing this morning I saw Miles was out moving stuff all over the place today!!! saw a few of their lowboys loaded and ready for bear




Saw some bear out too

Gotta love the way that guy in the truck keeps his canopy on!!!

One of Ralph's bigger telebelts was working in sumner next door to one of my jobs this morning. Looks like a retention structure.... but I didn't see any stormtech or piping??? maybe they're gonna pervious it.... and no storm at all...

Caught another long pole on the move this morning... coming out of one of Tacoma power's pole yard/substation's in lakewood tacoma area.

was too dark for my cel camera to get a pic... but the dashcam worked pretty good red arrows are pole ends.

Did they have a driver on the dolly end? I've been involved in moving more than a few center pivot irrigation spans at '160-180' apiece and we always used a steerable dolly built from some old junk 1.5 ton truck. The tiller guy rode in the rear escort and jumped out to unlock and steer in tight spots. Used a super short single axle White Compact as a tow rig with a special hitch right behind the cab.

I couldn't tell, they had a bunch of strobes going and it was darker than the dashcam makes it look I didn't even figure out it was a pole until I had gone by them and looked back.

Have never seen one quite that long. How much reach do they have?

I think that was one of the TB130's it'll go 126' plus if the angle it up a bit and pour on some speed they could probably get another 25+feet out of it
