Window handle stripped problem

Just started having problems with the driver side window. It was sticking going up and then the handle seems to be stripped.I'm trying to figure out how it works before I start tearing it apart.Someone says it is chain driven but it would be nice to have an idea.Any help woule be a big help

I'm not familiar with that particular truck but you say the handle seems stripped? Most manual window cranks have a splined shaft and the crank handle is often attached by a center screw. Over time the screw can become loose and the handle will back off the spline enough to slip and with the upholstery padding still appear to be tight. Could this be the case?

Neither piece is splined from first look.I'm going up after I get a bite as I just got the handle off but nothing moves as far as the window moving so far.
