I have a Perkins AV8 5.40. Its a V8 N/A diesel that is in a Massy fergson farm tractor.
It needs an out of frame overhaul. Anybody know of an aftermarket parts supplied?
I find lots for in line 6, no V8's?
I haven't ever looked into parts, but I do often see low hour 640s from combines for sale reasonable, most of the ones that I have seen are inline pump models, which is nice, ours is in a 2775
