Get a load of the rag clutch that is used with the Detroit DT12 transmission. So far we have had two clutches replaced under warranty at around 400,000 miles.

Maybe on a bit bigger scale... It looks like the clutch in my '93 Chevy 1 ton. (that I no longer own).

Yeah it's one cheesy set-up, I have been amazed at how the ones we have lasted this long.
