I have been driving a 2010 4300 and heater duct controls don't work. Air comes out of all registers at once I'm gonna need defroster soon. Is the switch electric controlled actuator ? Anyone know where to look for problem most vehicles I have driven have been vacuum or cable controlled.

I'm not sure on the Internationals, haven't had to do any dash work on one in a while. But I would expect that there either cable
or air operated using 1/8 or 5/32 air line. Are they slide controls or dial? Sounds like the direction door is caught half way.

the heater servos are on the passenger side, I believe that they are electric motor type controls. I had the dog house out of a 4300 this spring and you have to take everything apart to get is out. the cover over the heater comes off fairly easily, just be gentle, Navastar figures out exactly how many mount points are required, then subtracts 20 percent to insure rattles.

Thanks, Longhood you are right they are electric controlled. Tried pulling fuse reset didn't work, must be actuator motor, mechanic should be back from vacation this week. I will post solution when I find out what it was.
