Problem with 1999 International 4900

We have a 1999 International 4900. It will run okay for about a 1/10 of a mile then the check engine light comes on and it will barely pull itself with the throttle completely down. Changed the fuel filter and cleaned the little primer filter and it's area. What should we check next? Couldn't find a fuel pressure gauge on it. We just bought this truck.

We finally got the Prolink Graphiq Nexiq machine on the truck. It brought up code 333.
It will rev up sitting but if you put in gear and drive, it has no power and can't rev up either.
Oil pressure idling is 50, rev it up and barely moves off of 50.

Is that on your truck gauge Nexiq or both. What is your ICP ( injection control pressure ) read off your Nexiq at different speeds? What engine is it?
