This forum and Heavy Equipment forum lost a great member In Ronald Gordon of Meriden,Ct. I will really miss his posts. He was a wonderful person to me.

I'm really going to miss his posts. He was just like a few of us that had experience with heavy equipment and trucks. May he rest in peace driving that Mack.

And I'm betting it's one of the sweet sounding twin stack 18's. Ron was the best.

We were hogging with the dozer last week & thought about Ron the whole time .

Knew what he was up against as my Grand Dad went through the same ordeal back in 1991, He passed away at 71 . Brought back a lot of memories for me .

We gotta get as much done while we can I reckon & make hay while the sun is shining on us .

Ron left a big impression on all of us .
