Slow day at the shop

We were having a slow day at the shop today, so we gathered up a bunch of scrap metal, empty 5 gallon pails. We loaded them on my truck and took it to the local recycler.
Had 900 pounds and got $83.50.
Pretty good haul. Guys will have coffee and donuts for a couple weeks.:)

Some of the guys Know my job left me and I started with a new company that wants into the same bis to include taking over the old companies Yard and buildings . But the old guys left plenty of junk behind . So working for the new guys I hauled off what I wanted to do 6 years but the boss at the time kept saying " I might need that " .

Close to 15,000 lbs a load average.

Steve , That trailer didn't last 4 minutes after I pulled in there he grabbed the roof and pinched a hole thru it then dropped down to the floor and lifted it off . I know you don't want to hear this part .... I had the second one .

What a shame! That thing didn't appear to be too bad. I'm trying to remember that logo on the front of it, is it Trailmobile?

Getting pretty tough to dodge D.O.T these days. Your truck looks good. Must not have to many problems. Overweight is always my biggest problem.
