My fix or what I came up with to repair the cowl mounting area for the wiper arm bell crank when it cracks and brakes out around
the mounting bolts. I had a local machine shop make these for me after I came up with measurements. And here are two trucks
out of seven I have repaired with these brackets. I gave some to a guy that had them chromed and he used them on his 379 that
was just starting to spider crack. These brackets stopped the problem. Even after being repaired by a body shop the cowl still
cracks out a short time later.
